Five Favorites | Flattering Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadows

Today’s post is the start of a new series where I grab five products to talk about that are my “favorites” in that category.  It may be five red lipsticks, five mattifying products, or five whatever.  I’m starting with Colourpop shadows in my collection.

Originally I was going to swatch my whole Colourpop collection but that was getting a bit messy.  It’ll happen one day.  It was difficult to pick just five shadows from this range, so I grabbed ones that are wearable but unique in their own right.  I have some from Colourpop that are crazy unique/ sparkly/ duo chrome, but these ones are classic pretty colors.

Telepathy / Even though this is broken, it still performs beautifully. Telepathy is a yellow with a lime tinge. I dream of using this on the lid and topping the center with Natasha Deanna Antique Olive.  This one is the most “out there” out of the five.

Get Lucky / This is a cool toned bold gold.  It shines so brightly and I’m absolutely in love with this.

Fringe / Fringe is a true champagne sparkle shadow that’s like a platinum blonde color. It’s the perfect inner corner highlight for any look.

La La / Liquified rose gold perfection.

Lightning Bug / This is more of a sparkle shadow.  It does not have a strong base shade like the other colors do, which is why it’s a favorite for me.  This is one I would add on top of a  copper shadow on my lid.

Colourpop shadows are best applied with fingers, but if you’re not into that method a flat synthetic brush works too.  I like to use them over Nyx glitter glue because they are a cream to powder formula that can move around unless you glue them down. What are your favorite shadows from Colourpop? Thanks for reading!
