From 2009- 2011 I was very into leopard. I’ll attach a few photos to this post with my leopard 21er birthday dress, which I still have and love, but have not worn since sadly. I also had a big leopard decal on my wall in my college room, but I’ll spare you from seeing that interior design disaster. Back when I was first into it, there a lot of neon incorporated, and it wasn’t done very well. The trend went away for the most part, and became too Jersey Shore for me. However, I’ve excitedly been noticing a lot of leopard print items coming back! No more having to feel tacky wearing the print. I feel like just a piece or two added into an outfit is girly and fun. It’s like the new plaid or camo for me, even though I’ll always love those prints as well.
I’m a fan of white and grey or neutral leopard prints with a softer look these days rather than pink, purple, or any bold colors. Below are all the items I’ve been eyeing in a few categories- accessories, shoes, clothing, and more. Some of the girls on Instagram that I follow that have been inspiring me with their leopard finds are @Sheis_megmarie and @KaitCurnow. I love seeing how they incorporate the trend into their casual outfits.
